ZAHIR DUSMATOV
Born in 1914. Tajik Soviet actor. Public artist Tajik SSR (1957). After graduating from GITIS (1941), he worked in the Leninabad Musical Drama theater as an actor and director. Since 1944 - in the troupe of theater named Lahuti. THEATER WORKS Barber ("28 Nights " Ikromi),Teshabobo ("A Gift for the Good News" by Zakirov),Aktaliev ("Tariff-Khojaev" by Dekhoti and Rakhim-zade), Gornostaev("Spring Love ") PRIZES AND AWARDS He was awarded the orders of the Red Banner of Labor and the Badge of Honor, an honorary diploma of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Tajik SSR.
